Script Panel Pro is a downloadable digital product. If you have trouble downloading, installing or using it, contact us first so we can help resolve the issue.

How to request help

Email hello@mapsty.com with the PayPal transaction ID, the email used for purchase and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, including where the installer cannot be delivered or the product cannot be used after reasonable support steps. Contact us within 14 days of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Processing

Where a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment method where available. PayPal’s processing times and policies may affect when a credit appears in your account.
